Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting Beaux Secrets Beauty. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, shop, join our email list, submit a review, or contact us. Updated October 31, 2026.
What information do we collect?
We collect information you choose to provide: your name, email, messages, order references, newsletter consent, and review submissions. Shopify checkout and its service providers process purchase details such as billing and shipping addresses, contact information, payment details, and order history. Our website contact and newsletter forms do not collect payment-card numbers or security codes. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or sensitive medical information in messages.
What is collected automatically?
Your shopping bag uses local browser storage to remember selected items on your device. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Shopify checkout and external services may use their own cookies and related technologies. Review their privacy notices and available controls when using them.
How do we use your information?
We use information to support orders and delivery, answer questions, review replacement requests, publish approved reviews, maintain records, and protect against misuse. With your separate consent, we use your email for collection news, product updates, and sales. A purchase or support message does not automatically enroll you in our marketing list.
Who receives your information?
Authorized administrators and providers supporting hosting, data storage, checkout, payments, and delivery receive information needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights. We do not sell or rent your email address. Approved reviews show your chosen display name, rating, and review content; your reviewer email stays private. Linked websites and carriers have their own privacy practices.
What choices and rights do you have?
Unsubscribe using Email preferences in the website footer or an unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Necessary order messages are separate. You may contact info@beauxsecretsbeauty.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask about other privacy rights that apply where you live. We may need to verify your identity and retain records for legal obligations or unresolved orders. Browser settings can limit cookies or clear local storage, which may affect saved shopping-bag selections.
How long is information kept, and is it secure?
We keep information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, order support, and legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your state or country. We use reasonable safeguards and limit administrative access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Review Shopify’s privacy information for checkout-specific practices.
Children, updates, and contact
This website is intended for adult customers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information. We will post policy updates here and provide additional notice when required for material changes. For privacy questions or requests, email info@beauxsecretsbeauty.com.
