Processing and delivery estimates
Preparing an order and carrier transit are separate stages. Review any processing or dispatch estimate provided with the listing, order, or checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We do not promise a fixed processing period that has not been stated for your order. If no shipment period is stated, applicable U.S. rules generally require a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. Delays will be handled with the required revised timing and consent-to-delay or cancellation-and-refund options.
Addresses and delivery options
Enter a complete, accurate address, including an apartment or suite number when needed. Email info@beauxsecretsbeauty.com promptly if a correction is necessary. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Supported destinations, carriers, PO Box eligibility, and available services depend on the options offered at checkout; do not assume a particular service is available.
Shipping charges and tracking
Available shipping rates and applicable checkout taxes are shown before you pay. Free or expedited shipping applies only when expressly offered. For tracked shipments, a shipping confirmation provides the carrier and tracking number. Use the confirmation link or Track your order under Support. A label-created status may appear before carrier acceptance or the first scan.
Unavailable items or shipment delays
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the affected item and an appropriate resolution. We will not automatically substitute a different product or store credit for a refund required by law. If an order will be split into shipments, we will explain the arrangement and tracking details.
Missing, damaged, or returned packages
Contact us with your order and tracking details if an item arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is returned to sender. Retain photos, packaging, and labels. We will review carrier information and the circumstances under our Return Policy. If a corrected address or another shipment is needed, we will explain the options and any proposed charges before proceeding. Mandatory refund and other consumer rights remain available.
International orders, when available
International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Customs processing can affect delivery. Import duties, taxes, or carrier fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under destination rules. Review the destination’s requirements before ordering. Contact us about a refused or undeliverable shipment; any resolution remains subject to applicable law.
Warm-weather deliveries
Retrieve your package promptly and store products according to their labels, away from heat and direct sunlight. Body butter can soften or melt during warm weather. If a product leaks or arrives damaged, preserve the packaging and email info@beauxsecretsbeauty.com for review.
