Return Policy
Because these are personal-care products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We review documented damage, incorrect items, and non-delivery for replacement. Required legal remedies remain available. Updated October 31, 2026.
Report an order issue
Email info@beauxsecretsbeauty.com promptly with your order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and any tracking information. Email or our Contact Us form is the best way to begin a support request. Social media messages may not reach order support. Never include full payment-card details.
Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the product, packaging, and shipping label. Send clear photos of the affected item and packaging; for an incorrect item, show what arrived so we can compare it with your order. We will review the information and explain the resolution. Do not return or discard the affected items until we provide instructions.
Missing or delivered-but-not-received packages
Check the delivery address, tracking updates, household members, and any carrier notice. If the package is still missing, contact us so we can review the available evidence and, where appropriate, investigate with the carrier. A delivered scan does not automatically close the review. Supporting photographs, delivery records, or carrier documentation may be requested.
Replacement and refund decisions
Verified damage, an incorrect item, or documented non-delivery qualifies for replacement of the affected item without an additional product or replacement-shipping charge. We will confirm approval and next steps by email. If replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate resolution, including any remedy required by law. A submitted claim is not automatically approved.
Final-sale purchases and product suitability
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or ordinary handmade variations. Review ingredients and directions before purchasing, patch test, and stop use if irritation occurs. We do not offer an automatic skin-results or satisfaction replacement guarantee. Contact us about concerns so we can review the circumstances.
Rights required by law
Final-sale terms do not remove mandatory rights relating to defective goods, shipping delays, cancellation, or refunds. If we cannot ship an unshipped order within the applicable time, we will provide the required delay-consent or cancellation-and-refund options. We do not substitute store credit where a monetary refund is legally required.
